Peter Wells is a highly experienced and qualified town planner who is engaged for his expertise by Councils, applicants and objectors. A sought after planning expert in the Land & Environment Court, he has been involved in nearly 50 Court Appeals. This expert work puts him at the cutting edge of town planning and makes him a valuable asset to any client.

Peter's town planning expertise is supplemented by the experience he gained as a building certifier in the 1990s before turning his efforts to town planning.

Peter has extensive experience in the public and private sectors, including senior roles in Councils and planning roles within the construction industry. Today, he is widely engaged by Councils to undertake consultant planning work. This in turn makes him a popular choice for applicants and objectors alike.

Always eager to expand on his knowledge, he recently completed his Diploma in Access Consulting and now turns his attention to a Master of Property Development. 

Peter is a surfer, ocean paddler and mountain climber and enjoys spending time with his family.
